This document governs the use of the conquerorz platform by its account-holding clients. In particular, it sets out the exhaustive list of content whose publication is prohibited.

Absolute prohibition on pornographic content
conquerorz is not an adult content platform. Any pornographic, sexually explicit or strongly suggestive image is prohibited, automatically rejected on upload, and repeated attempts to publish such content result in the immediate freezing of the account.
conquerorz (“the platform”) provides a payment link generation tool enabling its clients (“you”) to sell digital content to their own buyers. The platform provides the technical infrastructure: it is neither the author, nor the owner, nor the seller of the content you publish on it.
Opening an account constitutes unreserved acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept any one of these clauses, do not use the platform.
Access to the platform is subject to application and prior approval. We reserve the right to refuse an access request without having to state reasons.
Permitted content consists of photographic material to which you hold the rights, falling into none of the categories listed in section 4, and non-sexual in nature. Accepted formats are JPEG, PNG and WEBP images.
Publishing, uploading, storing or offering for sale the following content is prohibited on the platform, without exception or threshold tolerance:
Any depiction of a person who is a minor, or appears to be a minor, in a sexualised, undressed or ambiguous context. This category allows no interpretation: detection or reporting of such content results in the immediate and permanent closure of the account, the preservation of evidence and its transmission to the competent authorities.
Real violence, injuries, mutilation, death, cruelty to animals, and any content that is gratuitously shocking or degrading to human dignity.
Statements or symbols inciting hatred or discrimination based on origin, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability. Glorification of terrorism, extremist propaganda, recruitment material.
Content encouraging or glorifying suicide, self-harm, eating disorders or any dangerous behaviour.
Narcotics, controlled substances, weapons and ammunition, forged identity documents, stolen payment credentials, hacked access or data, protected species, counterfeit goods.
Scams, phishing, pyramid schemes, money laundering, and any sale whose description does not match the content actually delivered to the buyer.
Content to which you do not hold the rights: protected works, third-party photographs, trademarks, material taken from another platform.
Identity documents, bank details, medical data, private addresses, or any disclosure of information enabling a person to be identified or located without their consent.
Files containing malicious code, or designed to exploit a vulnerability in the buyer's system or in the platform.
Every image is analysed automatically before entering your content bank. An image detected as explicit or strongly suggestive is rejected and is never stored.
Fail-closed by design
If the analysis service is unavailable or misconfigured, the upload is rejected rather than allowed. No image can therefore enter the bank without having been checked. Every decision, whether acceptance or rejection, is logged and retained.
This analysis is a first-line filter, not a guarantee of completeness: it does not relieve you of your liability in any way. Content that slips past the automatic filter is not thereby authorised, and remains liable to removal and sanction at any time.
Any manoeuvre intended to introduce prohibited content despite the controls is considered a circumvention attempt, in particular:
These manoeuvres are detectable and treated as such
Moderation refusals are logged per account. Repeated refusals, a pattern of retries or any manoeuvre listed above triggers a manual review, followed by the sanctions provided for in section 7. Circumvention is treated more severely than the original breach: it establishes intent.
Measures are graduated according to severity and repetition. We may skip intermediate steps where the severity justifies it.
The content is blocked and does not enter the bank. No other effect.
Formal notice after several refusals or a clear breach.
Deletion of the offending content and deactivation of the sales links concerned.
Suspension of access, halt of link generation and suspension of payouts for the duration of the review. Links already paid for remain accessible to their buyers.
Closure of the account without refund of the current subscription, and a ban on opening a new account.
Where content falls under criminal law, in particular involving a minor or a non-consenting person: preservation of evidence and transmission to the competent authorities.
In the event of a freeze, you are informed of the grounds and may submit your observations. Sums corresponding to legitimate sales remain owed to you and are released at the end of the review, less any unpaid amounts, disputes or refunds.
Anyone, client or not, may report content they consider contrary to these terms by writing to [email protected], specifying the link concerned and the grounds. Reports concerning content involving a minor or a non-consenting person are handled as an absolute priority.
Any person appearing in content published without their consent may request its immediate removal at the same address.
Your content, your links and your statistics belong to you. We access them solely to operate the service, respond to a report or comply with a legal obligation. No buyer card data is stored on our servers: payment is handled by a PCI DSS certified provider.
Moderation logs and material relating to a report are retained for as long as necessary to handle the matter and establish evidence.
You may terminate at any time; the subscription remains payable until the end of the current period. We may terminate for breach of these terms, in the manner provided for in section 7. On closure, your content is deleted after a period allowing you to retrieve it, save where retention is required by ongoing proceedings.
These terms may be amended; any substantial change is notified to you before it takes effect. They are governed by French law, and the French courts alone have jurisdiction failing an amicable settlement.
