These terms govern the purchase of digital content (photographs) sold individually through a personal payment link. The price is displayed before any payment and is inclusive of all taxes.
Purchases are restricted to adults (18 years or older) with the legal capacity to contract in their country of residence.
Payment is made by bank card on a secure page operated by a PCI DSS certified payment provider. No card data is collected or stored by the seller.
The descriptor appearing on your bank statement may differ from the trade name under which the sale was concluded.
Access to the content is granted immediately after payment is confirmed. It is strictly personal and tied to the buyer: a link passed on to a third party does not give them access to the content.
Important
Under Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on an intangible medium where performance has begun with your prior express consent and your express waiver of that right.
By confirming your purchase, you expressly request immediate performance of the supply of the content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal once access has been granted.
Subject to the above, a refund is granted in the following cases:
Requests must be made to the seller, through the channel used at the time of purchase, within 14 days of the transaction.
Purchased content is for strictly personal and private use. Its reproduction, redistribution, public availability and resale are prohibited in any form whatsoever. The seller retains all intellectual property rights.
If you believe that content is unlawful, infringes your rights or depicts you without your consent, you may request its removal by writing to [email protected]. Reports concerning a minor or a non-consenting person are handled as an absolute priority.
Data collected at the time of purchase (email address, name, transaction details) is used solely to process the order, deliver access and meet accounting and legal obligations. You have a right of access, rectification and erasure, exercisable at the address above.
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
Versions other than French are translations provided for your convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, only the French version is contractually binding.
